Attachment somatic healing

What is special about the somatic approach? We do not work at the mind level and solely get awareness and understanding about what is going on. We go to the root. We go into the body where the pattern has been stored and where your nervous system has registered that it is not safe and has developed a fear response.  We create safety so that you can deal with situations in your relationship with more ease and more resources. This way your  relationship will not drain you anymore but bring you peace, joy and happiness.

As a somatic therapist,
