I have seen too many people keeping themselves small, playing small, dreaming small and satisfying themselves with a relationship or a job that is just OK.

But I believe that LOVE and LIFE has so much more to offer to us when we open ourselves fully to it.

It doesn’t have to be struggling and not even just ok. It gets to be f* amazing!

And this is what I wish for you: an amazing and juicy life and relationships that elevate you, excite you and turn you on!

In the Saying YES to LIFE and to LOVE we will work through all 7 chakras to release blockages at every level and embody the powerful qualities related to each of them.

My name is Milena.

I created a vision for myself few years ago to be free to LIVE and to LOVE!

This has lead me on an amazing journey!

I moved from Switzerland to Bali 1.5 year ago to live my dream life, give myself permission to say yes to my heart's desires, free myself from limiting beliefs and conditioning to fully step into my power and be ME!

I will be back to Switzerland for the summer and I am excited to share with you all powerful somatic tools I have learned, practiced and integrated in the last years!
